Hillsboro Mile is the constraint and the product
The barrier island here is one lot deep in most places — ocean on one side, Intracoastal on the other, and almost no developable land. That is why a two-building split across the road is the plan, and it is why new construction on this stretch is rare enough to price on its own terms.
