What is proposed here
Aria Reserve Skyclub is the third and final phase of Melo Group’s Aria Reserve development in Edgewater: a proposed 49-storey tower carrying roughly 430 residences, plus about 77,000 square feet of office space and 6,924 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Plans went to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board in June 2025. No groundbreaking has been reported. Average unit size is around 1,403 square feet, with 520 parking spaces across nine levels.
What it completes
The Aria Reserve twin towers are already delivering — the south tower is finished and the north was substantially complete in 2026. Skyclub would bring the three-phase total to 1,172 residences, which makes this one of the largest single-developer condo assemblages on the Edgewater bayfront.
