What is being built here
A 46-storey tower rising more than 540 feet on Las Olas Boulevard, carrying 163 residences from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet. Related Group broke ground in May 2025 with completion expected in 2027, and more than half the building was reported under contract.
Design is by Pininfarina — the Italian house best known for Ferrari — with architecture of record by Cohen Freedman Encinosa.
The first Las Olas high-rise in nearly twenty years
That is the fact that matters. Las Olas is Fort Lauderdale’s primary retail and dining street, and it has not absorbed a new condominium tower of this scale since the mid-2000s. Scarcity on the address, not the finish level, is what the pricing is built on.
