Apogee is the smallest-density trophy building in South of Fifth: 22 storeys and 68 residences by Related Group, with typical floor plates around 3,700 square feet and 2,400 square foot wraparound balconies with outdoor kitchens. Recent trades: $14.5 million at roughly $3,919 per square foot in June 2026, and $14.6 million at $3,914 per foot in June 2025. That is the most consistent price per foot of any resale building on the peninsula. Note: most listing sites publish “67 units, 2007.” The Real Deal reports 68 units and completion in 2008; a 2021 piece says 2007. Treat the year as unsettled and the unit count as 68.
