What is being built here
The Signature Collection is an eight-storey building of just nine residences — among the smallest new condominiums in South Florida. Construction began in October 2024.
The stacking is unusual and worth reading closely: the 3rd and 4th floors each hold two half-floor residences, while the 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th floors each hold a single full-floor home. Residences are three- and four-bedroom plans running 2,200 to 4,300 square feet.
The building is one of three
La Maré is a three-building Regency Development Group project on the Bay Harbor waterfront; the Signature Collection is its most exclusive tier. Kobi Karp designed it, with interiors by Debora Aguiar. A marina holds four slips for yachts up to 45 feet.
