What is being built here
A 27-storey mixed-use tower in downtown West Palm Beach carrying 146 branded residences and 110 hotel suites. As of August 2026 the reinforced concrete superstructure had reached roughly the 16th floor, with completion slated for 2027.
The residences split into two products: 57 Resort Residences on floors 2 to 8, delivered fully furnished and with no rental restrictions, and 89 Tower Residences on floors 9 to 20. Developed by Terra and Sympatico Real Estate, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis.
The rental rules are the reason to read the floor number
The two tiers are not a finish distinction — they are a use distinction. A resort residence can be rented without restriction; a tower residence sits under the building’s ordinary rules. Buyers comparing price per square foot across the two are comparing different assets.
Not the same building as Mr. C in Coconut Grove
Cipriani’s Mr. C brand also has Mr. C Tigertail in Coconut Grove, completed in 2024. Different developer arrangement, different city, different product.
