What is being built here

A boutique waterfront building of eight residences over five storeys on a 0.3-acre site in the Las Olas Isles. Homes span 3,050 to 3,200 square feet, priced between $3 million and $3.5 million. The building carries a pool and seven 38-foot boat slips.

Claremont Property Company, led by Keeley Megarity, bought the site in October 2025 for $7.5 million and has stated an 18-month construction timeline. ⚠️ Sources disagree on the count — reporting describes both an eight-unit, five-storey building and a five-residence, eight-storey one. We use the filing-based figure and will correct it when the declaration is recorded.

Eight homes and seven boat slips is the whole thesis

On the Las Olas Isles the dock is frequently worth as much as the interior. A building that delivers close to one 38-foot slip per residence is selling water access first and square footage second.
