An eight-storey mixed-use building carrying 233 residences at 2600 NW 2nd Avenue in Wynwood. PMG and LNDMRK Development broke ground in May 2026 after securing a $126 million construction loan, and completed the foundation pour in July 2026. Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
The office suites are the product
Residences are studio and one-bedroom layouts delivered fully finished and furnished — and 122 of the 233 come with a deeded, fully equipped office suite. It is the same live-work thesis PMG used at One Twenty Brickell, applied to Wynwood.
The ground floor matters here
Roughly 26,000 square feet of retail runs about 475 linear feet along NW 2nd Avenue — Wynwood’s main pedestrian spine. Residents get more than 32,000 square feet of amenities above it.
