What is being built here
Related Group and Macklowe Properties plan two 43-storey towers rising 500 feet at 8000 and 7946 East Drive, carrying 364 residences and close to 800 parking spaces. Arquitectonica is the architect. The plan also carries a 9,000-square-foot public park and a 42-slip private marina.
The partners assembled more than 4.1 acres across two properties — the Biscayne Sea Club co-op and the Majestic Isle condominium — to make the site. It is Macklowe Properties’ first South Florida development.
What is not yet known
Sales had not launched as of June 2026, and pricing, floor plans and a delivery timeline have not been published. Anything circulating on those points is not coming from the developer. We will update this page when the record does.
