What is being built here
One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences is a 40-storey, 467-residence tower at 120 SW 8th Street, developed by Property Markets Group and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects. Construction commenced in May 2025 with completion anticipated in early 2028.
Its distinguishing feature is structural rather than decorative: the residences come with dedicated office suites. PMG sold the building out and launched a second project in the same live-work series on the strength of it.
Why the live-work format matters in Brickell
Brickell’s condo stock is dominated by conventional one- and two-bedroom plans competing on finish level. A tower that sells a workspace attached to the home is competing on a different axis, and the sell-out speed is the evidence the market rewarded it.
