2811 & 2821 S. Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33133 | Neighborhood: Coconut Grove
Miami’s gorgeous Coconut Grove neighborhood recently got a major upscale addition to its bayfront strip. Park Grove is the biggest new luxury condominium to hit the Grove in the most recent building boom. Rising 22 stories, Park Grove was designed by the world-famous architect Rem Koolhaas and styled by an all-star cast of designers and landscapers, including Enzo Enea. “The developers of Park Grove have pulled all the stops,” says longtime Miami Realtor Josh Stein. Prices at Park Grove start at $2 million.
Completed in 2017, Park Grove has been certified for environmental sustainability, offers butler services, private penthouse pools, wine cellars, and private cabanas. Park Grove adds to the rich culture that distinguishes Coconut Grove by offering private musical performances and film screenings, plus curated visual arts.
Coconut Grove is a destination for fine dining and shopping in a neighborhood that is markedly different from the pulsing areas of South Beach and Brickell. The Grove is serene and humble, and Park Grove was designed with this lifestyle in mind, styled upon timeless nautical themes. With sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, residences of Park Grove are elegant, with sleek designer appliances and marble surfaces. Building amenities include state-of-the-art fitness equipment, designated yoga spaces, and recreation areas.
Park Grove is a three-tower, 271-residence complex on about five acres by Terra and The Related Group, designed by OMA (Rem Koolhaas and Shohei Shigematsu) with Arquitectonica as executive architect, Enzo Enea landscape and interiors by Meyer Davis and William Sofield. Jaume Plensa’s The Three Poets stands on the grounds. The distinction that matters: 2821 South Bayshore Drive is Two Park Grove alone, completed 2018 with 73 units. One Park Grove is 2811, and the Club Residences are separate again. Any page presenting “Park Grove, 2821 South Bayshore, 271 residences” is conflating one tower with the whole complex. Recent trades at One Park Grove: penthouse A at $22.5 million ($3,504 per foot) in February 2025, and unit 15A at $12.5 million ($3,850 per foot) in May 2025. Storey counts conflict — Terra says three 20-storey towers; local reporting puts One Park Grove at 23.
