In 2002, I built one of the first real estate websites in Miami — before Zillow, before Instagram, back when other agents were still buying newspaper ads. That site is the one you are reading right now. Over more than two decades it has generated over $1 billion in closed sales — and here is the part almost nobody knows: some of the biggest real estate deals in Miami over the last twenty years started as leads from this very website. Many closed under my name; many others I placed with the right specialist — some of Miami’s most recognized brokers and agents have closed career-defining deals on leads that started right here.
That is the real business I have built: not just an agent, but Miami’s original online real estate engine. And the authentic lofts of urban Miami, where I closed so many deals they took to calling me “The Miami Loft King.” From Brickell to Bal Harbour, from a first condo to a nine-figure trophy, I have either sold in your building or know exactly who has.
I am bilingual — English y español — which matters in a city where a huge share of buyers come from Latin America and pay cash. My clients get straight answers in whichever language they think in.
The honest part (read this one)
Real estate today is full of people trying to sell you something — anything — because commissions are how they eat. That is not how I work, and after 24 years I do not have to. I will tell you straight when a building is a terrible buy. I will tell you which buildings have assessment problems, which neighborhoods do not deserve their hype, and when the smartest move is to wait. I care more about being honest than about making a commission — because I have watched what happens when agents do not, and because every important deal of my career came from someone who trusted me enough to come back, or to send a friend.
Twenty-four years in this business also teaches you resilience. Markets crash, trends change, people come and go — and I am still here, still ahead, still doing it the same way: honestly. That is not a slogan; it is the only strategy that survives twenty-four years.
The entrepreneur behind the agent
I am a serial entrepreneur, and I have stayed ahead of every technology wave this industry has seen — from building Miami’s first real estate websites, to mastering SEO when nobody knew what it was, to running AI-powered marketing today. Alongside Miami real estate I actively build and run VIVE Polanco (the real estate, media and city guide platform for Polanco, Mexico City), Art of NOMA (a contemporary art gallery representing emerging artists), RentaPóliza (legal protection for rental agreements in Mexico) and Ciao Bella Marketing (the digital marketing engine behind it all). Operating between Miami and Mexico City keeps me connected to both sides of the buyer flow that defines Miami real estate — and twenty-five years in, I am still the guy who sees the next wave first.

My work and market commentary have appeared in the Miami Herald, The New York Times, and The Telegraph, and I am still quoted regularly in magazines and newspapers today. On National Geographic’s Emmy-winning climate series Years of Living Dangerously, I was a featured on-camera spokesperson — touring Miami properties with Jack Black and explaining how rising seas shape this city’s real estate market. I have been a top producer at every brokerage I have worked with since 2005.
