The W Brickell is part of the Icon South Beach complex and is a mix of both hotel and luxury condominium units. The hotel is operated by W Hotel brands has 148 hotel rooms. In addition, there are 372 luxury condos ranging from studios and 1 and 2 bedroom layouts. The condos have no rental restrictions and can be put on Airbnb. The interiors at W Brickell were designed by world famous French interior designer Philippe Starck.
W Brickell was completed in 2008 and rises 50 stories above the Downtown Miami skyline. Most of the condos have beautiful views of the skyline and Miami river and Biscayne Bay.
The W Brickell offers resort-style amenities including a 300-foot-long swimming pool, a 28,000 Sq.Ft. spa and fitness center, and a massive 50-person hot tub. The building also has a game room, a movie theater, a café with poolside food and beverage service.
With the Icon complex, there are three on-site restaurants: Italian fine-dining restaurant Cipriani, Mexican cuisine restaurant Cantina La Veinte, and American cuisine restaurant Addikt.
