Murano Grande at Portofino Condos
MURANO GRANDE AT PORTOFINO MIAMI CONDOS
400 Alton Road, Miami Beach, Florida 33139 | Neighborhood: South of Fifth
Home > Miami Luxury Condos > Murano Grande
Murano Grande is a boater’s paradise, one of the few luxury condominiums in South Beach with direct access to the Miami Beach Marina. And even if you don’t own a boat, you’ll enjoy the peripheral benefits (some might say greater benefits) of new friends who do. That’s what you can expect at Murano Grande, access to fine enjoyments in one of Greater Miami’s best neighborhoods, South of Fifth.
Josh Stein says Murano Grande is one of his own top picks and a favorite among his clients for its architectural flair and access to the water. It sits on the bay side of the island, and residents enjoy views of the Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline or South Beach and the ocean.
Murano Grande takes its shape from three connected towers. With the tallest standing at 38 stories, that makes it one of the highest in the SoFi neighborhood. You get a sense of the building’s enormity when you step into the lobby, occupying multiple stories and several thousand square feet. The units, too, live up to the name Grande. The 16 generous floor plans are full of high-end features, like Sub-Zero and Miele appliances and a wine chiller. You also get floor-to-ceiling impact windows and private or semi-private elevator lobbies. Plus, of course, you get a tennis court and spa/swimming pool with a cafe on the amenity deck. And finally, the management is on hand 24 hours with valet, security, and concierge services. Stein puts Murano Grande near the top of his list for a reason.
