What is being built here
OKO Group — Vlad Doronin’s development company — revealed plans in May 2026 for LILLI, a 53-storey tower carrying 117 residences on the Edgewater bayfront, and launched sales the same month.
This is a deliberately low-density tower for its height. Each floor holds only two or three homes, every one reached directly by a private elevator. Residences run from about 1,350 to 7,000 square feet across one- to four-bedroom layouts and a penthouse collection, priced from $1.65 million.
The architecture
Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture designed the tower — the firm behind some of the tallest buildings in the world. The façade is softly curved with champagne-toned metallic accents, a form the developer attributes to the lily flower the building is named for.
The amenity programme leans wellness
The package is built around a 12-metre saltwater pool, a spa with cold plunge and infrared sauna, a sunset garden, and a dedicated Lifestyle and Wellness Director on staff — the same longevity-and-programming direction several Edgewater launches took through 2026.
