What was built here
Viceroy Brickell — The Residences is a 45-storey tower carrying 420 residences, developed by Related Group and GTIS Partners with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Meyer Davis. It opened in May 2026, welcoming its first residents.
It is the first standalone Viceroy residential tower anywhere in the world — the brand’s other residences sit attached to a hotel. Homes run studio to two-bedroom, roughly 485 to 1,286 square feet.
It began life as something else
Related launched sales in April 2024 by converting an existing rental tower to condominiums under the Viceroy flag, rather than building from the ground up. That is worth knowing if you are comparing it against new construction on finish level and floor plate.
Where it sits in the block
The tower is one of three planned at the One Brickell assemblage, alongside Baccarat Residences and a third building at 444 Brickell Avenue that Related has not launched.
