Acqualina Resort & Residences completed in 2006 — 51 storeys, 188 residences plus 98 guest rooms by the Trump Group, on 4.5 oceanfront acres with roughly 400 feet of beachfront and a 20,000 square foot spa. Note: the 2026 defect litigation against the Trump Group concerns Estates at Acqualina at 17901 and 17975 Collins Avenue — two 52-storey towers completed in 2022 and 2023 with 245 residences. That is a separate building from this one, and neither Acqualina Resort & Residences nor Mansions at Acqualina is named in it.
