What is planned here
Related Ross unveiled Edgeworth in March 2026: two sculptural 28-storey towers carrying 168 residences, including nine penthouses, with more than 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Architecture is by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by March and White Design.
Groundbreaking is expected in 2027 with completion slated for 2029. Pricing opens around $2.5 million and runs to roughly $35.5 million at the top. ⚠️ Florida YIMBY reported the count as 164 units; the developer’s own release says 168. We use the developer’s figure and will correct it if the declaration says otherwise.
Related Ross is now the dominant seller on this waterfront
The same developer is behind South Flagler House, three blocks south at 1355 South Flagler, and reported more than $1 billion in luxury condominium sales on the West Palm Beach waterfront around the Edgeworth launch. That concentration matters to a buyer: on this stretch you are frequently comparing one developer’s building against the same developer’s other building.
