Turnberry Ocean Club is the newest project for Turnberry Associates and perhaps the developer’s greatest. This high-class luxury Miami new construction condo is designed with your needs —and wishes — in mind. Upon completion in 2021, the building will tower 52 stories over the Atlantic Ocean in Sunny Isles Beach and will feature 649 feet of sleek and innovative design.
Miami Realtor Josh Stein says the amenities at Turnberry Ocean Club will be magnets to investors seeking a best-in-class residence. A three-level private club will be set high above the ocean 300 feet above sea level. This exclusive club will include a spa, fitness area, relaxation room, private dining, and library.
As a new construction, the features and appliances in Turnberry Ocean Club Miami New Construction for sale are the top of the line, and management places a premium on service and convenience. The impressive exterior design of this building is just a reflection of the type of lifestyle that this building will afford. As the tagline states, Turnberry Ocean Club is most definitely “above all” competition as an of the greatest Sunny Isles New Construction Projects.
Turnberry Ocean Club completed in 2020 — 54 storeys, 154 residences by Fontainebleau Development (Jeffrey Soffer), architecture by Robert Swedroe, with 70,000 square feet of amenities across six floors and a sky club holding two pools and two spas. Residences run 2,750 to 10,000 square feet. The disclosure: in December 2023 the condominium association sued Fontainebleau Development, Fontainebleau Construction, Swedroe Architecture, DeSimone Consulting Engineers and more than a dozen subcontractors in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, alleging defects in the pool deck, balconies, entrance, garage, life-safety systems and elevators, plus concrete, stucco, glazing and waterproofing failures, exposed corroded steel and ADA non-compliance. The current status is not publicly reported. Ask the association directly. Recent trade: unit 3802 at $5.475 million, roughly $1,760 per square foot, early 2025.
