The Four Seasons tower at 1435 Brickell Avenue completed in 2003, developed by Millennium Partners with Handel Architects as designer and Bermello Ajamil as associate architect. It holds a 217-key hotel, 230,000 square feet of Class A office on floors 8 to 17, and a two-acre pool terrace on the seventh floor. Residences total 270: 186 condominiums on floors 40 to 70, plus 84 condo-hotel units on floors 7 to 36. The commonly quoted “186 residences” describes only the condominium band. A penthouse traded at $14.8 million ($1,990 per square foot) in May 2025. Note: storeys are published as 70 by most sources but 64 by Handel Architects’ own project page. FOUR SEASONS MIAMI CONDOS
1425 & 1435 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida 33131 | Neighborhood: Brickell
The Four Seasons in Brickell, Miami, includes all the remarkable amenities and purely comfortable residences you’d expect from the name Four Seasons. Standing at 70 stories, the Four Seasons tower is the tallest building in Miami until construction is completed on One Brickell City Center, which is expected to be taller. Even then, says Miami Realtor Josh Stein, the best, unobstructed view of Biscayne Bay will be from the units in the Four Seasons.
The prices and floorplans can accommodate any person or family. From studios to three-bedroom homes, the residences range from more than 600 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet and prices from the low 400s to around $5 million. Four Seasons also houses perhaps the most glamorous address in Miami: a 9,000-square-foot mansion with 1,800-bottle wine storage, home theater, billiard room, library, and five parking spaces. Its elegance and extraordinary attention to detail is not matched in a Miami skyscraper.
Amenities at Four Seasons are spacious and fully modern, from the 50,000-square-feet sports center and fitness complex to the two-acre swimming pool terrace. The location is a destination for gourmet dining. And situated in the bustling financial district, there’s no shortage of nightlife and entertainment with a distinctly tropical and urban atmosphere.
