2127 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida 33129 | Neighborhood: Brickell
Built in 1993, Bristol Tower is a modern, circular designed 40-story bayfront condominium building located in Miami’s exciting Brickell neighborhood. Bristol Tower was developed by Ugo Columbo and features 147 residences, providing stunning 270-degree views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline.
Bristol Tower completed in 1993 — 40 storeys, 147 residences by CMC Group (Ugo Colombo), designed by Luis Revuelta. The curvilinear glass form and private-elevator entry to each residence were unusual for Brickell at the time and set the template Colombo repeated at Santa Maria and Epic. Last verified trade: combined units 2401 and 2402 at $4.325 million, roughly $734 per square foot, September 2023. Note: CMC Group gives 1993, the architect’s own record says 1994.
