On the record: Resident Magazine (Mark Derho, 21 October 2026) reported that select pieces from Venus Williams’ Crate & Barrel collection will furnish each residence at NoBe PARC Miami Beach, and that V Starr, the design firm she founded in 2002, is overseeing the interiors. It is a 15-story, 232-residence condominium planned at 7140 Abbott Avenue in North Beach.

The numbers

The Real Deal reported on 27 May 2026, citing a press release, that Robert Finvarb Companies is the developer, prices run from $570,000 to $2 million, Arquitectonica designed the building with TAG as architect of record, OneWorld Properties leads sales, and completion is expected by the end of 2028. Resident reported on 21 October 2026 that residences average under 500 square feet.

The developer’s site, read 2 November 2026, describes 232 fully finished and furnished residences, from studios to three bedrooms, and lists a sales gallery at 7103 Collins Avenue.

The collection itself launched on 15 September with nearly 200 pieces, Resident reported on 21 October 2026.

What I would ask

This is smaller and lower priced than most of what I write about, and the pitch is different: buy it furnished and rent it when you are away. The Real Deal called it short-term-rental friendly on 27 May 2026. Resident reported on 21 October 2026 that homes can be listed after closing, “subject to applicable requirements”, and told buyers to confirm the rental permissions, operating costs and any local restrictions themselves. I would do the same, in writing, before a deposit.

I would also ask for the exact furniture list. Resident says select pieces come from the collection, so find out which items, and what is included with your unit in the offering documents.

Not published as of 2 November 2026, in the sources I read: monthly fees, deposit schedule and the rental program’s terms.
