What is being built here
La Baia North is the second of two eight-storey glass towers on the Bay Harbor Islands waterfront, carrying 57 residences. It broke ground in October 2024 for a 2027 delivery and was reported at 75% pre-sold.
Homes are two- to four-bedroom plans running 1,432 to 2,111 square feet. Developed by Ian Bruce Eichner’s Continuum Company, designed by Luis Revuelta with interiors by Durukan Design.
It is one half of a pair
La Baia South, three blocks down at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive, is the completed first tower. They share a developer, an architect and a specification — the difference is unit mix and delivery date.
