The rate is $4 for 4 hours or $20 for overnight parking. There's one parking spot associated with the condo unit. It's in a separate parking garage at 1221 Brickell Ave (street next to the condo building). In order to have access to the parking garage, you need a parking pass; however, the property management will only issue a parking pass if you register a specific vehicle. You can also stop by the management office located on the 3rd floor to register your vehicle and pick up the pass.
