The preservation and refurbishing of the Cromwell Hotel will ultimately feature four duplex residences on its upper floors with a private entrance for residents. The Shore Club will be renovated into a 5 star resort, designed by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, while still preserving it’s unique style and history.

The new oceanfront residential tower will rise 18 stories high, adjacent to The Shore Club hotel inside the Shore Club’s Private Collection’s campus. It will feature a limited collection of 49 luxury residences boasting expansive floor plans of 2,400 sq. ft. to over 7,000 sq. ft. (each one unique) and spacious balconies that offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and nearby beaches.

Stern Architects and Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design’s acclaimed teams are responsible for designing the new residential tower. Island Planning Corporation is responsible for its lush garden design for that Miami modern feel. The combining and modernizing these buildings will result in one cohesive resort complex that makes a nod to The Shore Club’s famed MiMo architecture.
